Ryan and Jackie bring more than just experience to real estate—they bring a life built around it. With over a decade of experience each, their journey took a meaningful turn in 2019. That’s when they rolled up their sleeves and fully renovated their first home together in Manayunk, transforming a single-family row home into a duplex and “house hacking” a vision that paid their mortgage and then some. What started as a bold move quickly became a passion: since then, they’ve thoughtfully renovated five homes in Manayunk, each one restored with the kind of care that sets it up for the next 100 years.
